Lindsay Lohan was back on the party scene yet again Friday night, as Verizon Wireless and People magazine honored Timbaland.
With her newly darkened locks and a hot sequined minidress, Linds was lookin' good, holding court at a balcony VIP table with some friends. She had a water bottle in hand most of the night, but there's one vice she hasn't given up: smoking.
